What makes this course so special
Move
Trust the strength within your softness.
Pregnancy asks so much of us, yet it often makes us question what our bodies are truly capable of. We hesitate, we hold back, and we drown out our own intuition. But you are not sick; you are holding life. And nourishing that life asks for a body that feels vibrant, grounded and awake.
These classes create sacred balance between your doing and your being.
Give yourself permission to feel capable, held and at home in your changing skin.
Feel
Softening into the depth of your devotion.
Carrying a child awakens an emotional landscape of pure magic—where joy, wonder, and an untamed, fierce love meet all at once. In this delicate season, your heart asks for reverence and space.
Surrounded by soothing melodies, calming aromas, intuitive hands and candlelight, this practice invites you to lay down your armor. A sacred pause to soften into your senses, welcome every wave of emotion and find your way back to harmony—held entirely by the quiet love growing within.
Connect
A gathering of mothers, a shared ground.
Step into a space where your journey is mirrored and deeply understood. Here, you are invited to listen inward to the little life blossoming beneath your ribs, while leaning gently into the collective presence of other women.
Through my own experience of carrying life, I discovered the profound medicine of gathering in a dedicated circle. The energy created when women meet in vulnerability and shared anticipation is transformative. Together, we nourish our roots, draw strength from one another and remember that we are never alone on this path.
Prep
Strength for the threshold, ease for the now.
Our time on the mat prepares you from the inside out—building the quiet stamina and intuitive surrender you will call upon during birth and the sacred fourth trimester.
But you do not need to wait for labor to seek relief. As your body carries the weight of creation, physical strain and fatigue naturally arise. Through intentional movement and conscious breath, we gently unwind aches, soften the pelvis and create an inner sanctuary where your body feels light and deeply at home.
Ein paar persönliche Worte von mir...
What expecting mothers say about the class

Mach weiter so!"

"Nurturing life within, as each breath connects you deeper to your body, your baby, and your inner strength."
For as long as I can remember, a quiet voice within whispered that I was meant to be a mother. Immersing myself in pre- and postnatal yoga teacher training was the natural bridge between my heart’s oldest calling and my love for this practice. Yet the initiation came far more fiercely than I could have imagined.
Just as my training began, I discovered I was carrying new life. In that very same season, my beloved mother was slipping away, her days drawing to a gentle close. Navigating the waves of the first trimester while pouring every ounce of devotion into my mother’s final weeks asked everything of me. In that storm of profound grief and blossoming grace, the mat became my quiet sanctuary. It was the one place where the noise stilled, where my nervous system settled, and where I could return home to my breath, my body, and the baby growing inside me.
In my twelfth week, I joined a prenatal circle of my own. Sitting with those women anchored me through the uncharted waters of pregnancy. Until the very end, practicing dynamic strength and soft surrender was my medicine—quieting the mind, easing my changing body, and rooting me in primal trust for birth.
Today, this space is my heart’s offering to you. A sanctuary to remember your innate power, to rest in the beauty of your feminine body and to forge a quiet bond with the little soul you carry.
